Mikaa BLUGEON-MERED

I'm a French policy analyst, public speaker, award-winning author and lecturer specialized in the geopolitics and geoeconomics of climate change, with an emphasis on Polar affairs and on hydrogen energy. After having dedicated more than a decade to Arctic and Antarctic affairs and having explored the connections between Polar conservation and local hydrogen energy solutions since 2012, I'm now focusing on the emerging geopolitics of hydrogen energy, at the intersection of space, place, trade flows and neo-institutionalist theory, at the global scale. I teach at Sciences Po (Paris and Le Havre campuses), HEC Paris business school, the French War College (École de guerre), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P, Morocco) and for the World Hydrogen Leaders network.
